Order Processing Times

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is verified and your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping estimated transit times:

  • Domestic & Major Regions: 5 to 10 business days.

  • International Orders: 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination country customs clearance and local postal carrier operations).

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Unexpected factors like severe weather, holiday rushes, or customs inspections may cause slight delays.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment warehouse, we will issue a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your parcel in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Correct Address Requirement: Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer.

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at [email protected] immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking indicates that your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, check around your property or with neighbors. If it remains missing, please contact our support team so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Shipping)

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. THE TRUSTEE FOR THE MYER COMMUNITY FUND has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
